We went to Utah a few weeks ago to pick out carpet for our remodel. We spent the night at my brother’s house and then went to Lagoon the next day. My sister and brother planned it all out and we had a lot of fun. The other families stayed for a second day. Our kids were pretty worn out from one day and it was difficult to get them to go on any rides. We finally got Thing 2 pretty comfortable on rides, but Thing 1 had a runny nose and tears streaming down her face for the rides we put her on. Thing 2 loved the carousel and they both enjoyed the train.
I really enjoy the roller coasters, so I tried to ride them all at least once. For our last ride of the night Jake and I went on Wicked, it was a blast. Next year should be fun hopefully the kids will be tall enough to go on a few more rides with us.
The both liked the ride until it started moving. Then Thing 1 had a melt down.
