We had a fun Valentines Day. We made a bunch of Valentines for neighbors and friends. We delivered them for Family Home Evening, it was fun but cold walking to doorways. Growing up we always doorbell ditched our Valentines so at my sister’s house the kids stayed in the car with Jake while I ditched the Valentines on the porch. We stayed to say hi to the neighbors.
For Valentines Day the kids each got a fancy “red balloon” and some treats in a cute bag I made. Thing 1 got a stuffed Perfect Piggy. Thing 2 got a triceratops. They were very excited and said “Thank you” very sincerely without being prompted.
Jake gave me a new necklace. Then we went out to lunch while my mom watched the kids.
Chani has that same piggy!
